The mission of the LeRoy Community Library is to serve people by providing information in a variety of formats and programs designed to enhance the community's educational, informational, recreational, and cultural needs in a comfortable setting. The library encourages young children to develop a lifelong desire to read and promotes literacy through community based programs. The commitment of the library is to provide service to all persons regardless of their age, race, creed, color, religion, sex, physical condition, or financial position.
